I saw Dr. Jackson for some acute lower back pain while traveling to visit family. I've been to many chiropractors over the years and was very grateful that she was able to get me in so quickly. She was incredibly kind, thorough and a wonderful listener when inquiring about my pain. She did some amazing work from head to toe which gave me blissful relief. The office was comfortable and welcoming. I will definitely be dropping in for a tune up the next time I'm in town. I only wish I were closer so I could visit more regularly!

Wonderful. So kind and takes time to understand your symptoms. Easy to talk to and listens. I like the fact that it's a flat cash rate since many private insurances don't pay for it and actually increase the visits. However you can get a super Bill and submit it to insurance if you really want to have it go towards most of our high deductibles. I would definitely recommend Dr Erica.

There isn't a good time to tweak one's neck, but it's an especially bad time to do it on vacation. Especially an "up north" golf vacation! I called around the area to see where I could get in same day. I didn't want to spend my family vacation icing my neck on the couch.I was lucky to grab an appointment at Northern Family Chiropractic. Dr. Erica was terrific. She used a variety of methods (manual adjustment, activation, massage, and table drops) to get my neck back in place. She thoroughly explained each method beforehand.
