My 4 boys have gone here for a few years. We have always been treated well, they show care and concern for the children, and they can get my kids in all at one time ? (bonus!) Thank you for helping ease the dental experience and being kid friendly!

Don't waste your time. They have excuse after excuse 2yrs of this. Dr is on maternity leave next call back in 9 months then call in March now mind you they take patients 4 and under. Ok called March 15th like they said started making appointment needed ins info got that called back, got someone new low and behold they only take 3 yrs and under just changed yesterday but the first one never said that and I was told there was someone out on maternity leave hmm imagine thatSo why are they advertising they are taking new clients when they have no openings everytime I call. nothing but issues over and over. Our sons has gone to Koala multiple times. Today was the final straw. We called to voice our issues about his last appointment in attempts to make his next appointment smoother stress free on our son. After talking with front desk for 15 minutes another lady came on phone and rudely said if you don't like our doctors go some where else and she hung up. We were not rude or disrespectful on the phone in any way shape or form. We simple asked for request to be made. Few key negatives.
