Had a bad experience at a different salon. Made an appointment at Ethereal to get my hair cleaned up. Bri did an amazing job evening out layers and cleaning up the ends. Will definitely be back in the future!
The ease of making an appointment made the experience that much better. I was able to make the appointment online for the same day.
I desperately needed some expert advice and hair care after a year and a half of not doing anything with my hair... I had weird shades in the wrong places, natural growth, a band from a root touch up, and a lot of gray hair coming in as well. A mess!
I just told her, do what you can and if we need to make a few appointments or try different things, that's fine with me.
I left there with a gorgeous head of hair that made me feel amazing! I will be going to her for a long time.
I went in for a haircut and worked with Bri for the first time and had a great experience! She was easy to talk to and cut my hair the exact way I wanted it done. This was one of the first cuts in a long time that has been done they way it was suppose to and I look forward to going back and working with Bri regularly!
