Have known Kerry for over 20 years and he has done multiple inspections for me and there is no one I trust more. If you're a seller trying to pull one over on a buyer he's not your guy. SEE PREVIOUS POST. If you're a buyer who wants an honest inspection, the good and the bad, he's your guy.
Kerry is extremely professional and thorough; he gave us a pages-long follow-up from our inspection in plain text and walked me through the whole home pointing out any issues; also very knowledgeable in rural development loans and what the appraiser would look for as far as issues.Services: Rental property inspections
