Kerry was great. We had an inspection and radon test. He walked us through all of his findings and answered any questions that we had. The inspection report was very detailed and easy to understand. The cost was very reasonable and worth every penny. Would wholeheartedly recommend or use again.
Kerry was very thorough. He spent around 4 plus hours inspecting the home I was looking at purchasing and then walked me around the house for another hour explaining everything to me.
He found lots of things that were broken/not working. A couple of them would be very costly fixes. He saved me thousands of dollars by catching them before I bought the house. I highly recommend Kerry for a home inspection!! Definitely a 10/10!
