I'm still pretty new with Karen. I'm really happy with the cuts. She took her time to learn what was working and what wasn't working for my hair. She made a couple of awesome suggestions that worked out very well. Lastly, she suggested hair product that I wasn't familiar with and am sure this new product will become part of my hair care.
