Hattie from the Austin Mayo Store helped me with getting a new c pap machine and supplies. She was pleasant and accommodating. Another example of customer service at the Austin Store. Thank you Hattie!!
Facilities - Clean and modern Staff - Friendly, knowledgeable, and beyond reproach Level of care - Top notch My grandfather was visiting and ended up in the hospital for 5 days. He was in the ER and then in the ICU. The staff in both departments were amazing, as well as any staff that came in contact with him from janitorial to nutrition. There was a lot of family members that were in and out throughout his visit and each time, the staff would carefully explain the situation and answer any questions they could. The nurses in the ICU are awesome. My grandma was in for a few days and they were on top of things with her. An added bonus they brought us delicious cookies when we were staying overnight keeping an eye on our grandma.
