I go in and tell her to do whatever she wants and I always leave just glowing and smiling and feeling so confident. I get compliments everytime I get my hair done. My daughter went to Kennady tonight and let me tell you, I was blown completely away by her service, my daughter was nervous because she has never got her hair done before and she absolutely went well above what I was even expecting. she did such a great job of picking a color that goes well with my daughter's overall look.
