I manage the Plymouth Creek Athletic Club in Plymouth, MN. Horizon does an incredible job of taking care of our health club's pool and spa needs. Travis Thoms especially is one of the biggest assets to this company. His knowledge, ability to be personable, and overall caring about the clients success is what sets Horizon apart. Very excellent delivery service very professional and polite, the 2 drivers I’ve had so far (Javier and Zach) got to work instantly and helped with getting everything to our awkward pool room and taking our empty containers again. Javier especially had a HUGE order placed from us and handled it like a pro, not even stopping for water until it was done. In addition, every time I’ve been to their Arden Hills location they have instantly helped me and been EXTREMELY nice no matter who it was.
