They took such good care of my pet during a very traumatic event. He would not be with us today if it wasn’t for them. They updated me every step along the way and were warm and assuring while also being realistic. I can’t recommend them enough.
Took my dog in for an ultrasound for a possible splenic mass and the staff (front end and back end) were so kind and helpful. Dr. Myers’s answered all of my questions before I could ask. The coordinator Heidi was able to get us in sooner due to a cancellation so I really appreciated her reaching out to me so soon. The team reassured me of any questions I had and even followed up the next day to ensure my little nugget was okay. Their attitude and willingness helped ease my anxiety. Overall, we received good news and the staff/team are great!
