We had a terrific experience w Teens! Our favorite instructor was Linda and the care and patience she had was second to none. She assisted w getting us scheduled and did a lesson ahead of the test which gave my son the confidence he needed! By far the best service and communication and I can safely say, it was all because of Linda! I cannot say enough good things about our experience and I truly believe it was 100% due to her communication and kindness with my son.

Smart, compassionate Dr. He’s my family doctor. I won’t elaborate for my privacy reasons, but he may have saved my life. He always knows the latest developments in the field, new drugs, etc.; special note to women—he’s highly evolved. Not a misogynist. Be honest with him, because you aren’t fighting the patriarchy here. He’ll listen to you. I’m old enough to be his mother, but he doesn’t patronize me or treat me like an old lady either. For these and other reasons, 5 stars.

Had a seamless interaction on a complex clean of a down-filled coat and real fur hood trim piece - but the best part had to be working with Russell who was so engaging and personable we ended up chatting for a while and I really enjoyed talking with him. I went one time last week and loved what we did. A good work-up for me after having 2 total hips. Everyone was very helpful especially the instructor I plan on joining
Loved the staff at Arden Shoreview! My dog was badly bitten by another dog and after calling 6 different places with no openings I called Arden and they were able to see my dog the same day and gave up their lunch break to give him the care he needed. I'm very grateful to all the staff! I brought my mom with me and she has been telling all her friends how great this place is.

Experience was not a good one. This one has been a lot better except for the fact that the vet that is maintaining his care decided to go on vacation for two weeks and kind of left us SOL, And having to be real our own records and decide different players and then bring it to their attention and have a doctor to go over and blah blah blah. No, he was given an ultrasound and now they wanna charge us for a consult, which is just 250+ another ultrasound just to find out what the problem is. For the amount of money that is already been put in. It’s absolutely insane to expect blue color workers or even high income folks to pay this much to save a (even though it’s a pet) loved family member.
