I loved that they immediately take the animals back to triage them, this eased so much of my anxiety because I knew within 15 minutes that she was stable while they did tests to figure out what was the underlying cause. The staff was attentive, empathetic, and kind. Everyone explained the next steps with the why behind it, in terms I could understand. I knew my cat was in capable and compassionate hands the entire time she was there.They also update you multiple times you are there and take you to a private room to wait for those first few updates. We had a really good experince with the staff at the Arden Hills location. Little wait time to get into a room, we were quickly seen and the doctor did an amazing job of going over our situation/options in great detail. We were given as much time as we needed to discuss our situation. Very much appreciated!
I have complete confidence in Blue Pearl Veterinarian Services. The doctors are caring, they're highly skilled and every time we've seen them they've taken a lot of time needed to help my Willie or Dixie and for me to understand the treatment completely. I highly recommend them!
