He was able to make sure that I left without any questions and took the time as needed to sit down with me. I also have had a similar experience with Tammy, she has been patient on the phone numerous times with me and always took the time to teach me about what she was doing. Lindsey at the front desk has always been great, pleasant, and helpful anytime I emailed, called, or showed up in the office.
