Yesterday I had an absolutely excellent experience with Sean in the office as he fully explained our business taxes, what to do, why etc. He was detailed and patient with me. He was able to make sure that I left without any questions and took the time as needed to sit down with me. I also have had a similar experience with Tammy, she has been patient on the phone numerous times with me and always took the time to teach me about what she was doing. Lindsey at the front desk has always been great, pleasant, and helpful anytime I emailed, called, or showed up in the office.

“I’ve had such a pleasant experience in the past it’s a shame this year was not the same.I always recommended this company and spoke so highly of it. Truly embarrassing to refer someone and have it be a not so pleasant experience for the both of you to where you pay $180 just to not have them file your taxes.UPDATE:After the business responded to this review I called to clarify the situation that happened as it was clear to me based on their comment they may have not received the full story. (I didn’t think it was appropriate to share all the information on a review because I genuinely have had good experiences there in the past.)The lady I spoke with was absolutely LOVELY. she made me feel heard and understood. For that I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 3. If I didn’t have to travel 40 minutes one way to utilize this business, I definitely would try another tax person with them because of how amazing this woman on the phone was.Thank you for listening to me.Thank you for making me feel heard.“
