Jess has been my agent for coming up on 15 years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. She has made suggestions on how I can improve my returns by choosing the right deductions with my job, as well as recently found and refiled my taxes because we found additional claims i should have been making towards child tax credits since my daughter was born.
