It's hard to trust people in today's world, especially when it comes to finances. Jess and Bob not only make the process and stress of filing my mostly complicated tax forms simple and easy, but they do it with stellar style and my kind of sarcastic humor which totally helps lower the stress levels. Jess has been my agent for coming up on 15 years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. She has made suggestions on how I can improve my returns by choosing the right deductions with my job, as well as recently found and refiled my taxes because we found additional claims i should have been making towards child tax credits since my daughter was born.
