We booked an in home appointment after multiple days of our own home treatments still resulted in finding nits and lice in our young daughter. There was a lot of anxiety with the 4 others in our house getting lice from our daughter. The in home treatment put all our anxieties to rest and their thorough treatment of my daughter resulted in them finding the last two nits and one baby active lice. We were so impressed with their process and feel completely at ease with their 60 day guarantee. Would absolutely recommend their services and Charity as a great person to be patient with kids and put them at ease.

We tried combing out at home, but we were nervous that we didn’t get it all since my daughter and I have long hair. The school nurse has recommended Lice Lady based on her experience when her own daughter had lice so we booked the first open appointments which was 1 day out. They treated both my daughter and myself. I was so impressed by their thoroughness that we made a same day appointment for my son to get checked. When they found a baby lice on him, they squeezed him in for treatment.

They listen with compassion, which in my case was a large part of the crisis I felt was happening. They were gentle yet firm with my kids' scalps. I felt like they were so thorough that it made me so confident why they can stand behind their business guarantee. My kids were entertained throughout the process too, making it a fun experience and not the traumatic one I feared. Should this ever happen again, they are my first call.
