Called on a Friday morning to see if they could send someone out today as our AC stopped working (of course it’s going into a hot weekend). Was told that the techs were all out on jobs and if anyone finished up early they could maybe come out today or it would be Monday. At 3:30 I get a call that Chad would be coming out to take a look at our unit. Instead of Chad calling it a day at 3:30 on a Friday he came out and fixed our 25 year old AC unit and got us up and running again!! Chad was an absolute lifesaver!! You definitely have a new lifetime customer and I will tell everyone I know to call when they need service! Thank you!!

Chad from Lofgren installed a whole home humidifier in our home. The entire process was prompt, professional and he explained everything thoroughly. Don’t hesitate to use this vendor! Also a great value!
We built a home almost two years ago and have had some issues with the HVAC system in addition to a temperature issue in a bedroom. The Lofgren team has been out several times and have corrected each issue we have had. We had our share of issues with the builder but it was nice to meet with Lofgren and have them identify a resolution for the issue and back it up with great customer service. Their techs, Kyle, Joe, and Chad are awesome. Thank you Lofgren for everything.
