Our deck is on the south side of the house and unfortunately there is little shade for most of the day. This means there is heavy exposure to the sun and it shows it!
After getting a new deck three years ago, we decided have it power-washed, sanded and re-stained by a professional.
We live in an association so certain criteria has to be met. Ryan made recommendations based on our situation as well as the type of exposure to the elements our deck gets. He also immediately provided me with the additional paperwork requested by the association.
Communication was excellent. There were some delays on the project due to the weather but he kept me updated.

I am very happy with Ryan Benson Painting Services! Gene did an excellent job painting my entire condo! He even did some extras to make sure everything was perfect. It looks absolutely beautiful!
Great overall experience with Ryan and Gene. The deck looks great, communication was perfect, and they were even able to get to our project sooner than expected.
