Scheduling was easier than I expected and the receptionist actually sounded patient while answering questions. The technician repaired a clogged utility sink in the basement and found years of soap buildup deep in the pipe. He worked efficiently and even gave tips on preventing the same issue from happening again later.
I had a drainpipe joint leak from my kitchen sink which was a crack in the pipe in my basement. Greg was excellent, friendly, competent, and professional. Before you call corporate, big plumbing outfits that will charge you more than double for the same job or try to upsell you with 5 different packages on their ipads, support your local small business plumbers like Greg with Apple Valley Plumbing.
