Paul came to my house when my air conditioner went out. He was prompt, efficient and very friendly. I found him extremely easy to work with. He was informative. I do have some HVAC background and it was wonderful to talk to somebody who really knows what they're talking about and could handle the situation so effectively and quickly. I would recommend him to anybody, which I did to my neighbor and she is extremely happy as well. Thank you, Paul
Great service fast response and was able to explain everything that was needed to keep up with maintenance. Had a coolant leak to almost empty and got it sealed and filled in no time. Couldn't ask for better service and down to earth company.
What an incredible experience. I would highly recommend Paul at Air Knights in Apple Valley. We found them on Angie's list and got a call immediately and will be using them moving forward.
We called at 8pm on Sat. night not knowing whether we had an emergency that needed to be dealt with tonight or it if could wait until Monday and Paul was able to problem solve and diagnose the issue.
Not only did he help us determine that we did not need to send a person on a Sat. night at weekend rates, he was able to diagnose the issue and solve it through the phone consult. What top notch customer service to genuinely help us.
