He saved his life more than once, including a terrifying incident with kinetic sand! (He stayed open late to do life saving surgery!) He treated us & Burt with so much compassion, and especially at the end of his life…He listened, and tried to do as much as he could to make Burt comfortable those last few months. He came to our house when the time came to put Burt down & even called me the next day to see how we were doing & to tell me how wonderful of a dog Burt was.
