I called Superior Heating etc. at 1:25 pm on a Thursday and scheduled a service call for 12 pm or later on the next day but Superior Heating etc. called right back and said if I was available right now someone could stop by immediately and check out my AC problem. The tech was in and out by 2:10 pm which makes it the fastest service call that I have ever had from setting it up to completing it and he found the problem was a loose circuit breaker that I had jostled when replacing another one a few days ago but went unnoticed to my untrained eye. Great working with Superior Heating, A/C, Electric and Plumbing to replace my 19 year old furnace due to a blown blower motor which not only drives the heat but also the AC! Of course the issue happened on the hottest day of spring but I called Kelsey who got me on the schedule right away!
Patrick - the technician- came and did a thorough diagnostic to determine the blower motor was not working and took the time to explain how he came to that result.

Superior is responsive, professional, communicative and always a pleasure to work with. Chris is extremely professional and informative and was quick to fix our issue. We will continue to use them, and we highly recommend!
