I needed one window replaced so I contacted NexGen Exterior based solely on customer reviews. David Erbstoesser, sales representative, contacted me quickly to set up an appointment for an estimate.
David forwarded an estimate and other appropriate information in a timely manner.
The electronic communication was simple and straightforward.
David also assisted in communicating with the installation team and setting up an appointment for the installation.

Had a couple different local companies come evaluate the condition of my roof as well
as give an estimate of replacement. I easily decided to go with Nexgen. Cody was prompt, professional, respectful of my property and myself, and very thorough. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered along the way. The estimate given was well organized and easy to read. Cody assisted with the insurance claim, met with adjustors and was onsite the day of replacement. Great communication on the side on Nexgen made for a smooth replacement on our side. I would not hesitate to recommend Cody or Nexgen for your roofing needs.
