The PCA was great. My mom loved her. However the way they conduct buxoness is less than desirable. If your loved one runs into a situation where they need more hours or they are in the hospital to be stabilized they will drop you and no longer provide services. No notice just on the spot. They will call you on the weekend to inform you of there decision to stop providing cares. Leaving you trying to jump through hoops to find a solution.
