I needed winterization for my water sprinkler system, Googled, and called a couple of places with no luck. Called Rock Solid and got transferred to Jim. He was friendly, professional, and helped scheduled an appointment for me based on next earliest available dates. Jim sent email confirmation and provided helpful tips on what to do before technician arrives for water sprinkler blow-out. Tech came on date of scheduled appointment, right on time between promised hours of window, and got the job done on a timely manner.
