Praise publicly and reprimand privately has always been engrained in my upbringing. That said , Riccar Heating and Air sent out a tech same day to check on our new AC unit. Had it on for the first time and it sounded like a warped truck tire. Chris showed up, introduced himself with a firm handshake. He went above and beyond by fixing not only the fan height and noise but a slight water leak on my irrigation system and covered the intake so the nesting birds do t make a new home. After 25 years it was time to replace our air exchanger since the motor froze up on it. I contacted Jeff and he got us set up with a new system. Scheduling was quick, installation was efficient and professional. Price was right in line with other quotes we got. I would recommend Riccar for you HVAC needs.
I have used Riccar for routine maintenance and for replacement of our furnace adn air exchanger. They have been excellent. responsive, reliable and solved my problems. I highly recommend them.
