At this point we have used S&S a couple times once for our A/C when it went out during the hottest week of the summer, and recently for a plumbing issue we had. The response from them has been quick both times and they have been able to squeeze us in both times quickly. They are very fair to deal with as well. If you are looking for a local heating/cooling/plumbing company I would highly recommend checking them out.
