I am really blessed that Sam was the technician who came to my home. He was very kind - and went “above and beyond” his job of just checking my air conditioner. He greatly helped with a ‘dehumidifier issue’ I had - and I can’t thank him enough. For me it should mean less trips up and down stairs that could be a health subject for me. THANK YOU, SAM!
