“I ordered the wrong lenses because they were cheaper. I didn't realize that the lenses weren't bifocal. When I realized my mistake, Lake Region Eye Center ordered the correct bifocal lenses and replaced the wrong lenses for free. Talk about customer service!! I made a mistake and the eye center fixed my mistake for free. The Doctor is great, friendly and personable just like the entire staff!!!I wouldn't go anywhere else!“
