I brought my 95 year old Mom to get her eye exam. I was very pleased with how kind the entire staff dealt with my Mom. The exam couldn’t have went smoother. We also purchased her new glasses there. They have many frames to choose from. I was a positive experience! Thank you

I had been going to Midwest Vision Center in Alexandria MN for my eye exams and eye glasses for a number of years and have always had a great experience with the Doctors and employees who work up front. Now recently Midwest Vision Centers have been bought out by Shopko Optical and I can say with my first visit at Shopko Optical I have had the same great experience and I would recommend Shopko Optical to anyone needing help with their vision needs in the Alexandria, MN area.

Good location in the mall, very convenient, nice staff, but me and my spouse both received multiple text messages in the days leading up to our appointments telling us to be there by 8:45 am for our 9 am appointments and the employees didn’t show up for work or open til 9 am, then we had paperwork to fill out so I wasn’t actually seen til 9:15 or so. Better communication would be appreciated.
