Always happy with my care received and the front desk is always super helpful and there hasn’t been a single year I have gone in where I haven’t gotten some sort of rebate. They ensure I save money where I can but also provide the care we need. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I ordered the wrong lenses because they were cheaper. I didn't realize that the lenses weren't bifocal. When I realized my mistake, Lake Region Eye Center ordered the correct bifocal lenses and replaced the wrong lenses for free. Talk about customer service!! I made a mistake and the eye center fixed my mistake for free. The Doctor is great, friendly and personable just like the entire staff!!!I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I always enjoy my experience at Lake Region Eye Center. Dr.Eric is very professional and knowledgeable. He explains the exams and the results so I understand what he is looking at. My most recent visit was with my daughter who had a red eye. They were able to see her promptly. Dr. Eric was very patient with her and as always was thorough and caring. Friendly, welcoming office environment as well!

I'm giving them one star for one reason. They failed to COMMUNICATE to my employer that they no longer accept EyeMed/Aetna vision insurance. I had an eye emergency on January 15th, and we hadn't received our vision insurance cards in the mail yet from work for the new benefit year. My HR dept told me that Lake region, Runestone, and midwest vision took our vision insurance. But no, lake region doesn't. Lake region could have told me upfront that they didnt accept my insurance when I told them I had Eyemed/Aetna. Even without my cards yet, they should have known at the front desk what insurance that they do and don't take. Dur. I work for a prominent company in Douglas county that lake region had always covered in the past. It's okay on Lake Region's part to stop accepting certain plans, but JUST COMMUNICATE THAT!!! Now I have out-of-pocket expenses from going to an out-of-network provider. I wouldn't have gone there if I had known that they were out-of-network - even with an eye emergency, I would have figured something else out. Other than that... the staff is friendly and the optometrists are knowledgeable. Although I wont go there again or recommend it because of the aforementioned issue.
