We hired Julie Briese to help us find a home after having been on the sell side of another (positive) real estate transaction with her several years ago. She’s professional, ethical, knowledgeable, incredibly responsive, dedicated to her clients, and an all around good human being. Our home search was complicated by us living 1500 miles away from the Alex area. Julie truly served as our eyes on the ground here. When we made an offer on an unfinished new home build w/ a quick 30-day closing period, she went above & beyond expectations voluntarily monitoring things closely, keeping us informed of progress & new developments, and documenting much of it through photos/videos....read full review
I genuinely do not have enough nice things to say about Julie. She went way above and beyond to help sell my parents house. She was always easy to get in contact with and would get back to me immediately to answer any questions I had. Wish I could give her more stars. Do yourself a favor and give her a call when it's time to buy or sell your house!
