“I went to see Wanda (on a Saturday)! as my regular hairdresser was booking out a ways. When reviewing her Facebook business page, it seemed like current clients really enjoyed her work and her company, so I decided to give it a try.Wanda and I had a very nice visit as she cut my hair, and realized we'd crossed paths before. She had a great selection of styling products and the price of the haircut/tip plus the product I purchased were equal to what I usually pay for just a cut, with no change to the quality!She shared with me that she sends out mailings to all her clients in October as an appreciation for their business, so she gathered my contact info. Furthermore, she added notes on which size blades she used with her tools for next time. She shared that she is open during the week, with 3 nights being open past 5pm, and also on Saturdays. Her FB page posts these hours easily and often, and she frequently posts the remaining openings she has for the week.I don't normally schedule ahead just with the unpredictability of my work hours sometimes, but I did with Wanda because I have the ability to schedule when I know for sure I won't be at work.“
