Why is the Alexandria location only open until 4p.m.? Even the Fergus Falls location is open until 7p.m. I work until 4p.m. and I prefer to only go to great clips for a hair cut. Seems I can never make it there.

Get your appointment online with the app and then you won't have to wait. You can see on the app how long you have to wait and how many people are ahead of you. You need to make the appointment the same day. But it works very well.

For a standard cut they are great, and online reservations have always worked well for me, although the virtual wait has often been several hours since 2020, and sometimes is simply full.If you have an unusual cut it's hit and miss here, but it's not for lack of trying. The conversations around haircuts tend to be respectful of the customers choices.I would be hesitant to bring non-european hair to this location, especially for ladies. All the stylists and customers I've seen have had 2C or less curly hair.
