I Talked to a few people throughout the process of getting my policy however Bradley Vickers was an extremely helpful agent, very kind and figured out all my issues that I had. Ask for him and he will definitely take care of you.

I bought a brand new vehicle and when i spoke with you guys i was given a figure that was laughable. Genuinely laughable in how high it was. I found a rate for my cars and home that was equal to the rate that you gave for my ONE new vehicle. I called to cancel coverage and suddenly you guys found me rates that were still higher then my new company but way lower than my first quote. You couldn't find me better rates after years and years with you but the moment i leave SUDDENLY they exist. That's s scummy way to do business. You definitely have some good people there BUT......The receptionist you have must be related to the owner or something. She is a soulless void of a human. She is one of the most useless humans I've spoken to in a long time. I left you guys after being with you for years and 60% of the reason was her. You are greeted like a bother. She treats you like you just woke her up and she's annoyed. The energy it takes for her to press a button and transfer you is felt through the phone. I was told by a couple people to call them directly and "They're aware of how she is." When i brought this issue up with some family members who are also through you guys they agreed and we all collectively chuckled at the black hole of happy that is your receptionist. So in closing maybe try to keep a value in people you currently have and not try to save it at the end. As far as your receptionist she's kind of like smoking in a house. Yeah you can let it go but the walls and ceiling still smell and you definitely can't get that stain out.
