Great family owned business with a home town attitude and service. Laurie has always been super helpful on the phone for advice and scheduling. Curt has fixed our dishwasher, oven and refrigerator. Excellent results each time. It is great to have Alexandria Appliance there when we need them.

We have had nothing but bad service after bad service from this place. The woman who answers the phone and makes the appointments has been beyond rude acting as if a customer is inconveniencing her. She says she will call you back and then you may be lucky if you hear back that week. This is not a way to treat a customer and not at all how someone should act if they are representing a business. We have even stopped in person to talk with them to set up an apt and again she is nothing but rude. If she hates her job that much she needs to find a new one.

They were super helpful . We needed a part for the stove & someone else had ordered the same thing but didn't need it until the following Tues & we needed it by Easter so they sold us the one they had there & ordered another one for the people coming that Tues. Made my friend very happy so she could cook Easter Dinner.

Took forever to schedule a visit to diagnose the issues, $125 for the visit.Then a week later they came to fix with the part, super cheap part, not factory quality, $225 for that visit (parts and labor) he was here for less than half an hour.I sent payment, check was cashed, I continue to get a bill. 6 months later, and SEVERAL attempts to contact them to resolve the issue. NEVER call you back, or answer the phone during business hours. RUDE customer service!NOT a good way to run your business!!Not to mention I’ve had to reorder the part 2 times on my own, and do the repair myself since they “fixed” it.Service: Washing machine repair
