If Albertville had any other tanning option, I would never step foot in here again. I’m not paying the $110/mo membership because I’ve been down that road before with this place (hidden fees & impossible to cancel as others have mentioned) and have opted to pay for single sessions when I want to tan. Every time I go in for a single session, I get told how what I’m doing is useless & that their base bed “doesn’t even tan so it’s not worth doing the one time sessions”. Now this time I was told the same thing but in addition, “I should only go for 3 mins because I’m not that tan.” (I thought the base bed “doesn’t do anything” so why does it matter if I do the full time!!) I’ve been tanning for years so I know what I’m buying and I know what it does. I know they’re just trying to sell the membership, but I don’t need to be made to feel like I’m poor and stupid for totally wasting my money every time I come in because I don’t want to pay their crazy high membership. If “pay per visit” customers aren’t good enough for you, then maybe take the option away and don’t have the base beds!

This company is a scammer with their membership so don't sign up they scam you with extra fees like an activation fee 🤣 then when you go to cancel before the end of the month they tell you the cancellation deadline is the 20th to get an extra month out of you and you can't even cancel in any of their stores. I really like the stores great service wonderful beds but stay away from the membership.

Front desk personnel were good but my spray tan looks like nothing and gave me no color on the medium spray. I have had several sprays before at different establishments and never had this happened before. I followed all protocol, exfoliated and came with clean skin and even used the ph balancing lotion they recommend and waited until next day to shower. Now I’m on vacation and pretty bummed I wasted $50 for nothing.

Beware!!!! They tell you what your membership gives you and you sign for something else!!! (Are employees on commission? Idk) I feel a person that’s been taken advantage by a phone solicitor, but this is an actual company!!! A spray tan outright costs $40 and don’t expire. membership price 34.95 is a month. IF YOU DONT USE IT, ITS GONE!!!!!!!!! I thought I had a significant amount built up for the summer only to find out I have TWO!!!!! I’m out over $600!!!!!! They told me I’m out of luck and gave me a bonus service as compensation. (What a joke, like that helps) Poor poor customer service. Disgustingly unethical business that should be ashamed. I know I’m not alone. Since a franchise, my attorney said I don’t have much of a chance in small claims court.

Prob my favorite totally tan out of the 5 or 6 I have been to. Staff is always decent and everything is clean. Would be nice if there were coat hooks in the rooms. They have that in Monti.
