I highly recommend J&D. While visiting my mom, her furnace went out and it happened on the coldest day of the new year. Her house got down to 56 degrees overnight. I placed a call to their after hour service and they arrived within an hour, even after being told that they had many calls for service that same day. The service technician (unfortunately I can't remember his name) was fantastic! Very nice and professional. Something we don't find much of these days. I give them 5 stars for all categories. The young gentleman that came on the 19th was very polite. The only issue is the hot and cold water are reversed. Maybe if someone is in New Richland sometime to come and fix it. Thank You for your prompt service!

Jim and dude is my dudes. They are very professional. They get in and they get out very quickly. I like it! I will have them work on all my plumbing and heater needs! I am still waiting for my second estimate that I was not able to get! ?? But besides that they have excellent services. I gave him a five star because the service is good and the people are kind!
