Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to correct our issue.He repaired the problem and explained what caused it. He’s very pleasant and respectful along with doing great work. Much appreciated!
Lee came over when our furnace stopped working correctly. He explained to us how the furnace worked and showed us the problem that was causing it to not work. He was very honest about the cost of how to fix the problem. He ran to grab the sensor he needed from the parts place and had it fixed right quickly after he returned. When he was done ex showed us how it was supposed to work- and even cleaned out an area that collects condensation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable! We will definitely be using NAPH again!
Kevin was extremely professional helpful and knowledgeable. I believe he showed up before our scheduled time which was acceptable. He called ahead to let us know and ask permission if he could show up early. Very respectful very helpful can't say enough good things, he helped us with everything and went above and beyond.
