Floor Coverings International of East Twin Cities provides professional flooring installation and in-home design consultations. The team is quick to respond and gets customers on the schedule right away. They offer a large choice of good quality carpet samples, and installations are done nicely. Customers appreciate their patience and expertise, especially on difficult projects like an old 1913 house with patterned wool carpet on stairs and a landing that needed to look seamless. The result was fabulous. Bathroom remodels are handled with professionalism, courtesy, and respect from the first appointment to installation. If a customer chooses the wrong color, a sales associate graciously comes back the next day to help pick something different, showing generosity beyond expectations. The installation crew is first class, and the service is impeccable from start to finish. Customers highly recommend working with this team and don't hesitate to have them be part of any flooring experience.
Wonderful job! Chris Lang was fantastic to work with! He took the time to measure everything accurately, helped me choose the perfect carpet, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The installation team was equally impressive—professional, efficient, and their workmanship was outstanding. The finished result looks amazing. I highly recommend Chris and the entire team!
