I'm so happy we have ZVS in our community. On two occasions in the past, I was in need of emergent care for a pet not currently their patient. (We were not able to obtain an appt. with our own vet.) ZVS staff and doctors were so kind and agreed to see us. I know they did this despite being fully booked and truly didn't have time, but made time nonetheless. I was so relieved and grateful. I'm sure it's hard to turn people down when they call in a panic; I bet these types of calls come in daily. (I SEE YOU receptionists...your job is hard. All of the staff here are so wonderful and have taken great care of my cat Stella. They have been flexible with visit times and fitting us in when there's an urgent need. Can't say enough good things about the amazing care they provide, and are always up front about cost as well.

Brought my cat in for her first vet experience. The staff were able to give her vaccinations quickly and without incident. They also answered all questions I had and they seem to enjoy what they do.
