Was referred to Bob at Zeeland Heating and Cooling and had a great experience. He was very prompt to help us when our furnace went out and I am very grateful. Will definitely do business with them again!
We have been loyal customers for 7 years. Our experience started with our old A/C unit going bad on us and having bad experiences with top companies quoting us a ton of money for something we didn't need. Bob came out the same day (seven years ago, 2010) quoted us half the price, had the unit in within days (the other companies needed weeks for their units to come in) and we have been happy with our A/C unit since. Fast forward to 2017, called Bob because our motor was jammed in our furnace as the weather was turning colder, he came out, unjammed it, spoke with us regarding the age of our current furnace and our options moving forward.
