“I'm so happy we have ZVS in our community. On two occasions in the past, I was in need of emergent care for a pet not currently their patient. (We were not able to obtain an appt. with our own vet.) ZVS staff and doctors were so kind and agreed to see us. I know they did this despite being fully booked and truly didn't have time, but made time nonetheless. I was so relieved and grateful. I'm sure it's hard to turn people down when they call in a panic; I bet these types of calls come in daily. (I SEE YOU receptionists...your job is hard. You hear people's desperation but also see your vets/techs running way behind, drowning at times. Do you dare ask to fit someone in, AGAIN?) We switched all of our animals to this office and from euthanizing when necessary to ongoing care for our senior pets' many issues, they've been outstanding.“

“We have had 25 years of care from Dr.Sue and the other vets and staff here. 5 star all the way. They treated us and our pets, with the utmost respect. They even light candles in the office if they are euthanizing someone’s pet and send sympathy cards. We love you all at this office. Thank you!“

“Dr. Sue and her team at the Animal Clinic have been excellent in their care of our pets over the years. Our GSD has been treated for a skin condition, a UTI, cyst removal, general vaccinations and health checks. They also spotted a cancerous growth on our french bulldog's tail and helped us get set up with the appropriate surgeon to have it removed. Great people that care!“

Dr. Swift asked detailed questions that were reflective of her intrinsic interest in bringing relief to my distressed boy. She spoke candidly and listened to my concerns. She was thorough and concise. I'm happy to say that the condition I once considered untenable, has worked itself out with Dr.Swift's help. I'm not sure what I would have done otherwise. I have seen several vets over the years. It's worth it to travel farther to see her.“
