My only suggestion would be to be a bit more communicative with process and have someone available who speaks English well for this to be completely smooth process. “We had the Shine team clean out the gutters, wash the house, and clean our windows. They responded quickly with their quote and were patient as we waited for other companies to quote. Shine was highly competitive and willing to do second story work that some of their competitors wouldn't touch. Shine did a wonderful job. They really impressed my wife with their quality window cleaning and she is super-picky about this.I also commend them for communicating well and being reliable with what they said they'd do. Unfortunately, this level of service is hard to find today.We will come back to Shine in the future.“
