Felicia answered my questions over the phone, was able from just my address to view what we would need, and send me detailed information and a quote for the work. There was no high pressure, just information. I was impressed by the details provided and felt the cost for the product was a good deal. We proceeded and were scheduled for the work within a couple of weeks. Our gutters were not in good shape and I'm sure were not pleasant to clean out. Nevertheless, the cleaning was free along with the installation of the hydro flow covers, which we selected for our home. We were also very impressed with the installer who came out. He was later than he'd wanted to be because of the amount of work needed from the previous job, but he stayed and completed the job, in poor weather, and went above and beyond with his cleaning and installation and rehabilitation of our gutters.
