Envizion IT is a great team with servant hearts and a ton of collective knowledge. Their support makes businesses more successful. They provide close attention to client needs, really diving in to figure out the root cause of issues. Follow through and timeliness are really good, with strong response times and few outstanding tickets. They are affordable and come up with cost-effective IT solutions, saving companies money. They are willing to jump in headfirst, managing transitions and fixing bad issues with very little downtime. Envizion IT creates a much better feeling and relationship than previous providers. Instead of solely selling their products, they are not afraid to suggest other, more cost-effective solutions. They provide a personalized IT plan for each business, including areas of concern and upcoming expenses. They have been a big improvement from larger firms, offering a unique approach to IT services and support.
Envizion took over our managed IT services in June of 2022. They have been a big improvement from the larger firm that we previously worked with. They provide close attention to our needs, they really dive in to figure out the root cause of issues, and they are affordable. Response time has been strong and we rarely have more than a handful of outstanding tickets.
Envizion took over our IT services this summer and we have nothing but good things to say. The transition from our old IT company was more than a little abrupt (through no fault of Envizion) but the guys here have been willing to jump in headfirst. Even with just being introduced to our computer and phone systems, they managed to fix a pretty bad issue within the first few weeks of managing our devices, leaving us with very little downtime (phones were constantly ringing with dead air 24/7). Any time I'm having typical IT trouble Envizion is quick to respond and answers all of my questions. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for an IT partner that goes above and beyond!
