It's a nightmare scheduling and they look for any reason not to accept new patients and refer you to U of M. First the condition was too routine and then it was too difficult, all without ever setting an appointment. Our insurance does not require preauthorization, but we sent one over three times before they acknowledged receipt.

I got transferred from my cardiologist to here for a tilt table exam, their cardiologist (who was very un personable) rushed me through my appointment but did set up my tilt table test. when I did the test he told me it came back negative when a different dr came in and said that my results indicated pots he just said increase salt and water and left it at that. if he would have known more about my background he would have know I've been doing that since I was 12 and it hasn't helped. I went back to my original cardiologist and with her reviewing i had several episodes on the exam that were ignore because they weren't significant enough
