The stylist is overwhelmingly knowledgeable, kind, professional, and a good listener. She is thorough, accommodating, and takes extreme care with every service. She specializes in hair health, nursing damaged hair back to life. Services include hair analysis, discussing lifestyle and hair goals, trims, flexi rod sets, silk presses, hair straightening, and curly hair styling. Clients are consistently happy and surprised with the outcomes, noting their hair looks, smells, and feels great. Many report their hair has never been longer or healthier, with noticeable growth and revealed curl patterns. It is described as the best salon experience, with clients becoming lifetime regulars and the only stylist they trust.
Jessica is the most professional stylist I have ever had. She is timely, does great work, her shop is always clean, she always have products to do hair. She is great at what she does. My hair is healthy and has grown inches under her care.
Upon entering the salon the atmosphere is professional and welcoming, the staff is both friendly and cordial. Jessica is a true professional, she listens to your concerns about your hair and then consults with you on a plan that you will work on together. Over the time I have seen Jessica the health of my hair has improved drastically, I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I honestly cannot say enough about Jessica, she is a phenomenal hair stylist and person. I've never left her chair not looking glamorous, I always get several comments on my hair once I leave and I always tell people that all the credit goes to my amazing hair stylist Jessica Bolden. Without fail I'm greeted with a smile and "How are you" at every single appointment, she creates a wonderful experience that will make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. I came to her with severely damaged hair due to lack of understanding about how to care for my own hair(I am biracial) by myself and past stylists and Jessica transformed my dry hair into healthy locks I can now be proud to show off. She puts hair health first and will walk you step by step to reach your hair goals. Jessica is the only stylist I will trust to touch my hair, her knowledge is extensive and encompasses many different hair types and problems. Jessica is one of the kindest people I have ever met in my life and puts her clients happiness above all else. She wants to make sure that you not only leave looking beautiful but that you enjoyed your stay in her salon as well!
