Perfect Pools Inc. is an all around amazing company with amazing people who go above and beyond. They are a family owned business that takes pride in their work. The team is extremely professional, prompt, honest, and friendly. They do not try to upsell or charge for unneeded things. They are incredibly helpful, informative, patient, and thorough, especially for first-time pool owners, walking clients through everything. They show up when promised and do excellent work. Services include general repairs and maintenance, installing liners, and replacing equipment like chlorinators and pumps. Their work results in a beautiful, crystal clear pool that is ready to swim in quickly, even after numerous swims. Clients report having a pool that is up and running beautifully and will not hesitate to use them again or have them back for future work. They are highly recommended.
Updating to a 5 as they've been back to update the new system so it's working properly once we separately tested the water and added sufficient salt, chemicals, and new filters.
Thus far we're back to crystal clear water even after numerous swims, which wasn't thinkable the last few summers.
All around amazing company and people that went above and beyond to get our pool up and running. We had a chlorinator and pump replaced and Mark and his son did an awesome job. Mark has been so incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process (we are first time pool owners) he walked us through everything and was extremely patient and thorough. They are honest and don’t try to upsell or charge you for things you don’t need. I highly reccomend perfect pools. We had Perfect Pools install a new liner in our inground pool. Every interaction with them was friendly and professional, they showed up when they said they would show up, and our pool looks beautiful now! I will not hesitate to use them again.
