All the samples that you could buy online would likely be here in store, even if they are out of stock. That's really good for comparing. We ordered online, but think it would have been better to just come into the store since the samples are small. Our sample of Potomac Point Maple was lighter than the larger section of store flooring but we still liked it the most. It was relatively cheap with all the features we needed and the color was very nice.
However, when we were looking at the flooring the rep began talking us out of the floor we wanted. He told us that its not durable enough and that we should get a floor with a much higher wear layer. He then showed...read full review
Raoul at the Altamonte Springs. Fl. store was great! Very helpful and a great and knowledgeable employee. I'm not sure if he is the Manager or not, but he should be. He goes the extra mile for sure. Last year I bought almost 2 pallets of high quality Luxury Vinyl plank and had it delivered....almost 1900 square ft. Raoul helped with that order, and a year later he still remembered me. The whole process went perfect. Today I decided to buy more to do 3 more rooms in our home. I needed about 18 more boxes total. I have dealt with LL Flooring twice and both times I had a good experience. I used them initially for the flooring in my condo and now 17 months later I needed additional flooring for my sunroom, which I ordered with no problems.
