I just recently today (7/24/2024) experienced one of, if not, the ultimate level of customer service I’ve ever had.
Your Procurement Manager Ms. Amanda Swanson. In my belief went well over and beyond, thus provided me an extraordinary level of customer service.
I took 27minutes 59 seconds of her time today, corresponding both by phone & email, sending pictures of the valve I needed vs the one I received.

The people at GW Kent are incredibly friendly!
As we were starting up our craft distillery they were always willing to help however we needed, even if it meant walking through the warehouse to hand pick our equipment (one of the perks of living by the warehouse!)
