I've always had good haircuts there.Staff was kind courteous & knowledgeable...I've often found that you're haircut will only be as good as your instructions to your stylist.

1st experience ( 4 yrs ago) - 2 stars Quickly got in, person who checked me in was sort of friendly, the male employee seemed offputting and not wanting to engage. Probably part of his personality but when your engaging with customers you got to fake enthusiasm sometimes. One side of my hair is longer than the other *ssigh*
Second experience (March '24) - 5 stars...didn't have to wait hairdresser was very professional I wish I had got her name to give her credit. Haircut is perfect. She was professional and patient.

Great place to have your hair done.friendly staff.Definitely not like the Fantastic Sam's on Oak ValleyAnn Arbor.The Oak Valley location is decorated in all Black and Poor Lighting.Oak Valley does Not accept the Coupons for that Location.The new Owner is a Young guy who has No Idea how to run the salon.The New Owner is definitely Not from Ann Arbor!The new Owner raised prices.Bring your flashlight when going to Oak Valley location.A senior could not even find her way to the chair to get a haircut.the stylist had to help her to find the chair.If you want a Shampoo then be prepared for your hair to be washed in Cold Water.Paula and Lynn are excellent stylist.
